◆ JOB DESCRIPTION - The job requires employees who specialize in M&E systems for factories, hospitals, offices, and households (such as water supply and drainage systems, sewage treatment systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire protection systems, and central gas systems). - Deploy drawings and check general drawings of all the systems. - After finishing the approval and editing the drawings, proceed to showdraw the construction drawings. - Solve the technical problems during the construction process. - Join to have meetings and work with the investors, and consult if requested. - Check design documents and meet the requested process. - Our company is employing a design team that includes a leader (proficient in Japanese) and 4 employees (English and Japanese). - The leader’s role is to manage, train, and guide the subordinates. - Report the work to the Japanese manager. ◆JOB REQUIREMENTS - Male/Female (25–45 years old) - Graduate in technical-related majors. - Language: The leader position is required to know Japanese, and the staff position is required to know English or Japanese. - Above two years of experience working in Japanese projects about M&E design aspects in M&E systems. - Regarding leader position: above 5 years of experience working on Japanese projects, and is required to have the ability to manage and train the subordinates. ◆ BENEFITS
